Trudeau Invokes Emergency Powers as Banks Freeze Convoy Funds

NPR·14 February 2022

Justin Trudeau invoked Canada's Emergencies Act on 14 February 2022 to end blockades protesting Covid-19 restrictions, saying the measures would be temporary and geographically targeted.
