Police Arrest 21 Over Suspected Passover Sacrifice Plans in Jerusalem

Israeli police arrested 21 people suspected of planning to make a Passover sacrifice in the Jerusalem area, including minors caught with goats and others hiding goats in shopping bags and strollers. Police said the animals were sent for veterinary care and that existing arrangements at the holy sites would be preserved. Each Passover, activists now try to bring the sacrifice to the Mount itself.
