Israel National News (Arutz Sheva)·10 December 2007

The Temple Institute's golden menorah, a half-ton lampstand valued at $3 million, was moved from the Old City's Cardo to a glass case on the stairway leading down from the Jewish Quarter to the Western Wall. Israel National News reported that the menorah, funded by a donation from Vadim Rabinovitch, was made to be suitable for use in a future Temple. Placed facing the Temple Mount, the menorah stands ready for a Temple not yet built.
