US Strikes Near Iran Children's Hospital as War With Iran Escalates

The United States struck near a children's cancer hospital in Ahvaz, Iran, forcing the emergency evacuation of 211 patients — including those on ventilators and oxygen — while Iran and the US exchange attacks on each other's military assets across the Middle East. This rapidly escalating conflict between two nuclear-capable powers draws the region deeper into the kind of widespread warfare Scripture associates with the lead-up to the final battle centred on Israel. Jesus warned that 'wars and rumours of wars' would mark the last days, and the prophet Daniel foresaw a time of unprecedented distress arising from the Middle East in the days before the end.
