Milan Archdiocese offers Buddhism course ahead of World Youth Day 2027

The Archdiocese of Milan's youth ministry, with the Carlo Maria Martini Center and the University of Milano-Bicocca, will run a five-part online Buddhism course from 26 October to 23 November as preparation for World Youth Day 2027 in Seoul. According to LifeSite's report, the curriculum offers university credit and a badge but does not mention Jesus Christ or Catholic teaching. The course shows interreligious dialogue being used in place of explicit Christian instruction, which tests the biblical claim that salvation is found in Christ alone (Acts 4:12; John 14:6).
