
Clearview AI has built an experimental tool called InquiryIQ that extends its facial recognition system beyond identification, automatically searching the web to compile a person's addresses, employers, aliases, social media accounts and known associates into a "Candidate Graph." Separately, US Customs and Border Protection has sought 15 Clearview licenses for Border Patrol intelligence units doing network analysis, showing federal appetite for turning a single face into a persistent intelligence starting point and mapping personal relationships automatically.
