11 Australians Detained by Israel After Gaza Aid Flotilla Intercepted

Israel detained eleven Australians among a group of international activists attempting to break its naval blockade of Gaza aboard the Global Sumud Flotilla, a convoy of more than 50 boats carrying food and medicine. The incident intensifies global pressure on Israel over Gaza and signals growing international confrontation with the Jewish state — a pattern Scripture warns will mark the last days, as nations increasingly move against Israel. The prophet Zechariah foretold a time when all nations would be gathered against Jerusalem, and episodes like this reflect the accelerating fulfilment of that trajectory.
